Description of Project:
Connect was engaged to carry out the electrical component of this heritage listed federation style mansion clubhouse split over two levels. Our works included a full re-wire and electrical fit out of lights, power points, Data/communication system, Digital T.V. , new custom built 200-amp Main Switchboard and a complete commercial smoke detection system with back to base monitoring of the heritage listed building. Extra care was taken to not to cause any damage to the beautiful sand stone and building.
The design of this project had a new car park constructed in the bush land nearby where we supplied and installed 13 off 5-meter light poles and electrical infrastructure including pits. A new walk way was constructed through the natural scrub on the headland to car park approx. 100 meters away; we supplied and installed 27 bollard lights along the walkway.
